I changed quite a few things here and there and tried putting my own touch into it. Loved the concept from the moment I saw the first rough and it was very fun to interpret and try to make a more gritty version of it.

Took me a while to finish, but I did manage to push through. You can check the topology and maps in The viewer. The tentacles were made in pose and decimated, so no real topology there. Marmoset Viewer has a different lighting setup cause it wouldn't support quite a bit of stuff :<
